The property has an owner’s flat.

A PUB in the Fife town of Auchtermuchty has come onto the books of Cornerstone Business Agents.

The Cycle Tavern comprises a “neat and tidy public bar”, a large split-level lounge and restaurant, and an owner’s flat.

Cornerstone’s Barry McNeil, who is marketing the business on behalf of Red Oak Taverns with an asking price of £250,000, said the pub is “ready to go for new operators”.

“We are delighted to be instructed to sell this impressive property and pub,” he said.
“Auchermuchty is a well-appointed village lying to the north of the larger town Glenrothes and close to the historic village of Falkland.”

Cornerstone is also marketing Steeplejacks pub in Montrose.

Located on the town’s High Street, Steeplejacks is described as a “well-run, locals’ pub”. The business is on the market with a guide price of £150,000.
