TWO Edinburgh venues have changed hands in separate deals brokered by The Restaurant Agency in conjunction with Cornerstone Business Agents and Christie & Co.
The Restaurant Agency and Cornerstone handled the sale of Ishka on Morrison Street to Callum Woods; and The Restaurant Agency and Christie & Co brokered the sale of The Rosehip on Rose Street to Mambo Bars and Clubs Edinburgh Ltd.
Alan Goldie, director of The Restaurant Agency, said: “Whilst undoubtedly challenges remain for the sector, the strength of the market in Scotland and in particular Edinburgh when the tourists return is undoubtedly a major factor in confidence for new and existing operators to start up and expand.”
