New digital platform provides wealth of advice for hospitality businesses

THE provision of PPE supplies, tax, furlough and redundancy and marketing strategies are among some of the areas of expertise available for hospitality businesses through a new online service.

My Hospitality Partners is the brainchild of Craig Burns, the director of digital marketing agency Big Flavour, and is a collection of advice and support from 18 hospitality-related businesses designed to be used by operators as the trade emerges from lockdown.

Providing information on human resources, food purchasing, commercial guidance, coaching and marketing, the online platform also allows operators to communicate directly with its contributors, including hospitality recruitment firm Xpress Jobs, revenue management company Papaya Consulting, culinary and menu design firm Master Chefs of Great Britain and cleaning and catering distributor Instock Group.

Burns said: “With all the hurdles the industry was facing, we were looking at ways to use our experience to help out as much as possible. So we spoke to other hospitality companies we trusted and came up with My Hospitality Partners as a vehicle to bring all our advice and expertise together in one place. The objective is to provide hospitality business owners and employees with a platform where they can find helpful information and practical advice from companies who are experts in their respective fields throughout COVID-19, and further into the future.”
