Made with “wild” Scottish ingredients, the range is a twist on classic serves and aims to provide customers with “premium, bar quality drinks” that can be enjoyed at home. Available to purchase on the company’s website as individual bottles or as part of a gift pack, the cocktails – which includes an Aelder Sour, Amarosa Old Fashioned, Espresso MartAna, Thornstar, (Rowan) Atkinson and the Dandy Lion – come in 150ml bottles and serve two.
Thomas Chisholm, director of Buck & Birch, said: “With much of the hospitality industry currently on hold and many people spending the summer at home, we wanted to give people quality drinks to enjoy with minimal hassle.
“Every element of the new range has been carefully considered to give the best experience to the customer, from branding and packaging to the recipe and serving suggestion. In absence of being able to go to a bar or restaurant at the moment we want to bring some of that sophistication and elegance into the home whilst capturing a real flavour of the wild too – it’s wilderness refined.”
