Après-ski drinks in suitable surroundings have come to St Andrews as The Adamson’s Ski Lodge returned to the venue last week (November 21).
The winter pop-up, which will run until mid-January, has seen the South Street outlet’s cocktail bar decorated in the style of a Scandinavian chalet with festive fairy lights, faux fur rugs and skis.
Open from 3pm till late every day, with a DJ on Friday and Saturday nights, the bar is serving up a dedicated list of Veuve Clicquot Champagne cocktails and seasonal hot alcoholic drinks including a Glenmorangie Hot Toddy alongside a range of bar food and hot dogs.
Julie Lewis, managing director of The Adamson, said: “Our popular Ski Lodge is back and bigger for 2019. Our award-winning cocktail has been given a festive makeover by Veuve Clicquot, which means you can sip Champagne in a Scandi-style lodge without going too far from home.
“It’s a festive wonderland, fun and lively, and the perfect place for a pre or post-Christmas friends get-together.”
