BAR customers will be encouraged to embrace their creative sides this Christmas thanks to a festive campaign for soft drinks and mixer brand Franklin & Sons.
In the approach to the festive season the brand’s parent company, Global Brands, has been distributing packs of origami stars for venues to give out to their customers.
The gold foil stars are handed out as sheets, which customers are able to fold into stars themselves. They can then take the stars home to hang on their Christmas tree.
Global Brands launched the campaign after recent research from the company found that one in three on-trade consumers values the in-venue experience as highly as the drinks they order.
The origami stars will be available to customers who order any serve – alcoholic or non-alcoholic – which contains a Franklin & Sons product.
A statement from Global Brands said: “The embossed golden sheet allows consumers to immerse themselves in some hands-on Christmas spirit, trying their hand at folding and creating an origami star with friends.
“This addition can help venues to go above and beyond expectations, making drinking experiences as exciting and fun and memorable for customers as possible.”
