EDEN Mill, the St Andrews-based gin and whisky distiller, has expanded its Mixology Project range of premixed cocktails with a new festive flavour.
Candy Cane Mojito (5.8% ABV) is a festive take on the popular cocktail which uses the distiller’s Candy Cane Gin – which has also been reintroduced in time for Christmas – as a base.
The flavour is described as combining a “warm bilberry sweetness” with a “tingly peppermint freshness”.
The suggested serve is over ice and garnished with fresh mint and blackberries or a candy cane.
The new variant joins the established Mixology Project range, which includes the Berry Bramble, Love Bellini, Citrus Fizz and Basil Smash variants.
It is available from specialist retailers as well as the Eden Mill website.
