WARM citrus and Christmas cake are amongst the flavours found in the new limited edition bottling from Red Door Highland Gin.
Winter Botanicals is a small-batch variant from the Gordon & MacPhail-owned gin brand, which is made with botanicals including allspice, sea buckthorn, blood orange and hop blossom.
Lizzie Haw of Red Door Highland Gin said the 45% ABV seasonal spirit was “carefully created to showcase how festive flavours like allspice and sultanas combine with the classic notes from our core gin, such as sea buckthorn”.
