PUBCO Greene King Pub Partners is aiming to help lessees navigate the world of wine with the launch of a new brochure.
The company’s drinks team has worked alongside Greene King’s senior wine buyer to source wines direct from vineyards across the globe, including France, Italy, Australia, Chile and South Africa.
With more than 200 wines on offer, the brochure is said to give lessees “complete freedom” to shape and design their own menus.
Greene King’s drinks team has also created three ready-to-use wine menus, categorised as ‘good’, ‘better’ and ‘best’ – allowing publicans to pick a menu that is best suited to their customers.
And the new wine guide contains tips on pairing wines with food and selecting the right glassware.
Phil Chatwin, head of marketing at Greene King Pub Partners, said: “Publicans want the choice and the flexibility to get the right tailored list of wines for their pubs, and we’re pleased to provide them with all these brilliant options.”
