THREE quarters of all business rates appeals against the 2017 revaluation have been rejected, new figures released by the Scottish Government reveal.
The data, which charts the progress of appeals up to June 30, shows that 60% of appeals have now been resolved with 29,941 appeals against the 2017 revaluation still outstanding, representing ÂŁ3577 million of appealed RV.
The RV decrease to date of ÂŁ129 million is related to 11,083 resolved appeals.
