ELEVEN employees from across Buzzworks Holdings’ venues are set to sharpen their management skills after securing places on the firm’s Leadership Development Programme.
The three-month course has been completed by 12 of the group’s GMs and ten head chefs since its introduction in 2017.
Candidates take part in classroom and practical tasks covering leadership, service and finance.
Scotts Troon head chef, Jamie Armour, who completed the programme last year, said the course “helped boost my confidence and skill level”.
