No standing still in city

THE operators behind Glasgow pancake bar Stack & Still are set to open a second outlet in the city’s Silverburn shopping centre next month.

The first Stack & Still on West George Street, which opened last October, served a claimed 500,000 pancakes in its first six months.

And Paul Reynolds, who is also behind the Gin 71 venues, anticipates similar success at Silverburn.

“Given the popularity of Silverburn, the ease of parking and their consistent growth in customer footfall we are confident it will be the perfect location for our second site,” said Reynolds, who is joined by fellow director Graham Swankie in the venture.
