ICMI, the management firm behind Scottish hotels Inverlochy Castle and Cromlix, has teamed with hotel sales and marketing company JG Collection to launch an expanded consultancy firm for hotel owners and operators.
Select Hotel Management Services, which will be headquartered in Edinburgh, will offer UK hoteliers a range of business solutions, including operational assistance, a reservation service and central revenue management.
Norbert Lieder, ICMI’s managing director (pictured right with his team), said the new group provides “one of the most comprehensive consultancy and support services available to the UK hospitality industry”.
