Pick up the crown in Kingdom of Fife

The Kings Arms pub is in a “busy trading location”

A NEW owner is sought for a pub in the central Fife town of Lochgelly.

The Kings Arms comprises a large public bar and small commercial kitchen as well as a beer garden located to the rear of the premises. The pub, which is currently closed, is owned by Iona Pub Partnership and is being sold after being designated a “non-core asset” for the group.

Barry McNeil, director of Cornerstone Business Agents, who is handling the sale, said: “This is an excellent chance to acquire a pub trading with public house licence and full class 3 consent in a busy trading location.

“The Kings Arms would certainly appeal to a motivated first-time buyer and with minimum capital expenditure could be returned to its former glory.”

The property has a guide price of £95,000 for the freehold.
