AN Edinburgh brewery is preparing to move into the tourism sector with the opening of a visitor centre adjacent to its brew house.
Bellfield Brewery in Edinburgh’s Abbeyhill area exclusively brews gluten-free and vegan beers.
The visitor centre will include a tap room where visitors will be able to sample Bellfield’s beers as well as food from local producers, and a shop.
Bellfield hopes to have the facility open this summer.
Meanwhile Bellfield has also recruited several new staff, including UK sales manager Elliot Lamb and Derek Brown, who will build the brewery’s cask and keg sales in the Scottish on-trade.
