New-look: the Grill on the Corner in Glasgow has been given a design refresh

The firm behind Grill on the Corner in Glasgow has grand designs for the future of the city centre venue following a refurbishment.

Working with commercial interior shopfitting firm Interiors UK, the eatery, which is part of the Living Ventures Group and owned by Blackhouse Restaurants, has been given a makeover “to further enhance what was already a gorgeous restaurant”.

The company said the aim was to “retain that special atmosphere that Grill on the Corner is famous for, whilst taking a new approach to the interior”.

Scott Grimbleby, MD of Blackhouse, said: “We are really excited about our refresh in Grill on the Corner. It’s part of a bigger plan to refresh the brand, while maintaining the restaurant’s position as the ‘old favourite’ of Glasgow – somewhere our guests can hunker down, relax and enjoy a fantastic food and drink experience. The Grill on the Corner has been a bastion of the Glasgow dining scene for the past 12 years and we hope it will remain as such for many more to come.”
