Chef plans to graze a new trail in capital

EDINBURGH chef Mark Greenaway is set to open a new restaurant in the capital next month inside the city’s five-star Waldorf Astoria hotel.

Located within the hotel’s brasserie, Grazing by Mark Greenaway will offer diners the chance to enjoy their food at a “leisurely pace”, with a menu which includes some of Greenaway’s signature dishes, such as 11-hour slow roast pork belly, and new concept dishes, including BBQ shiitake mushrooms on toast.

Mark said the restaurant will offer a “delectable experience in grand surroundings, yet relaxed and accessible to all”.
