THERE is still time to register for a free ticket to Scotland’s largest hospitality trade show.
ScotHot 2019 will take place on Wednesday and Thursday next week (March 13 and 14) at the Scottish Event Campus in Glasgow, bringing together over 7000 figures from the hospitality and tourism industry.
Delegates will be able to browse a collection of thousands of products and services from over 200 exhibitors, from catering equipment and EPOS systems to artisanal food products and small-batch gins.
Returning to the biennial event for 2019 is Liquid Academy Live, where speakers will discuss innovation and development across Scotland’s drinks industry, while at the Scottish Tourism Alliance Spotlight Stage leading figures in hospitality and tourism will discuss pertinent industry issues, such as staff mental health and making the most of TripAdvisor.
Ross Carter, event director for ScotHot, said: “With just a week to go until ScotHot 2019, we’re looking forward to sharing our biggest and best line-up yet with thousands of delegates in Glasgow. Tickets are free for those working in Scotland’s food, drink, hospitality and tourism sectors so come along and be inspired.”
