Time to move Somewhere Else?

Somewhere Else is described as being well-suited to a chef proprietor

THE leasehold to a bar and restaurant with a “highly visible” trading location in Dunfermline’s historic town centre has come onto the books of property firm Cornerstone.

Somewhere Else on the pedestrianised Guildhall Street, just off the town’s High Street, has been recently refurbished by its current owners and comprises a “busy” ground floor bar and restaurant which can seat between 50 and 60.

A second restaurant/seating area with a further 20 covers is located on the first floor and allows the outlet to cater to private functions.

The business is described as being ideally suited for a chef proprietor due its reputation for food, which is currently focused on pub classics.

The leasehold is available without a premium for an initial rent of £18,000 per annum.
