BRITVIC is supporting the return of its festive J2O Glitterberry variant this year with a TV advertising campaign for the first time in seven years.
The company is aiming to record its best festive sales for Glitterberry, which is described as a blend of grape, cherry and winter spices with edible gold glitter, by increasing consumer awareness of the drink.
The advert sees the return of Mojo the cockney alpaca who gives viewers his pearls of wisdom and encourages them to get on the dancefloor with the sugar tax-exempt soft drink.
Limited edition glassware, which features a snapcode that links drinkers to a special J20 Snapchat filter featuring the wooly Mojo, is available to all J20 on-trade customers on request.
Russell Goldman, commercial director, foodservice and licensed at Britvic GB, said: “J2O Glitterberry is always well received over the festive period and we’re excited to be launching a TV ad this winter to support it for the first time since 2011. We know it is a variant which people look forward to each year.”
