FROM sophisticated soft drink serves to mocktails and cocktails, a raft of drinks firms have shared cocktail serves with SLTN in time for Christmas.
Devonshire-based soft drinks producer, Luscombe Drinks, which has released a range of festive-themed soft drinks, reckons operators can stir up sales with its suggested serve, Festive Storm. While the firm behind cocktail and puree brand, Funkin, also stressed the importance of cocktails throughout winter, urging operators to fully capitalise on the increased demand with seasonally-appropriate serves. And glassware firm Artis’ resident mixologist has whipped up a Christmas Spritz.
Festive Storm, Luscombe Drinks
100ml Luscombe Hot Ginger Beer
50ml Havana Club Especial
15ml lime juice
5ml cinnamon syrup
Slice of lime
Ice cubes
Fill a glass 3/4 full with ice. Add the Havana Club Especial, freshly squeezed lime juice, cinnamon syrup and Hot Ginger Beer. Stir and enjoy.
Twinkle Bow, Funkin
50ml spiced rum
50ml Funkin Raspberry Mojito
50ml ginger beer
Build and churn with crushed ice. Garnish with mint sprig, berries and a ribbon.
Christmas Spritz, Artis
30ml cranberry juice
60ml Solerno blood orange liqueur
120ml Prosecco
Orange, cranberry, rosemary garnish.
Build in the glass over ice and top with Prosecco and garnish.
