THE unit which housed the former Innis & Gunn Beer Kitchen in St Andrews has been let to operators from London.
The outlet on North Street, which closed in June, is described as being in a “first class trading location” and having a “superb interior fit out”.
Barry McNeil, director of Cornerstone Business Agents, who handled the letting of the venue on behalf of G1 Group, said: “St Andrews is a special location where demand for property and new leases continues to outstrip supply.”
