It was all smiles last week when around 450 bar owners and staff descended on Glasgow’s SWG3 venue for wholesaler Inverarity Morton’s new trade show.
Evolution 18 saw 20 of the company’s suppliers showcasing their products, with brands including Moët & Chandon, Glenfiddich, Bacardi, Grey Goose, Peroni and West.
Exhibitors were encouraged to think creatively, and stands featured ten-pin bowling, a cocktail fountain and a roulette game.
“Because there’s been so much development and so much excitement in spirits and beers we thought we’d look at putting on a standalone event to really demonstrate the great strides brand owners have been making when it comes to product innovation and brand immersion,” said commercial director Ian Cumming.
