THE firm behind frozen cocktail brand Fryst is aiming to add a bit of sparkle to pub and bar sales this Christmas with the launch of a new limited edition variant.
Made with gin, Unicorn Sparkle is a watermelon-flavoured iced cocktail which is described as “pink, glittery and bang-on trend” by parent firm Vimto Out of Home.
Ed Jones, senior customer marketing manager at Vimto Out of Home, said: “We’ve seen massive growth in the demand for frozen cocktails this year, which we’re expecting to continue as we move into the party season.
“They offer a fantastic point of difference for bars – and staff simply have to pour the base spirit, add the Fryst mix and serve. Simple.”
