AN Edinburgh hotel has teamed up with Scottish gin brand Caorunn to create a new gin garden in its courtyard.
The Caorunn Summer Garden at Hotel Du Vin, which opened to the public on July 6, will offer the brand’s G&T perfect serve and a selection of five seasonal gin-based cocktails as well as a food menu that includes sandwiches, grilled dishes and light bites that will be served from the hotel’s kitchen.
The garden, which operates every day from 11am to 11pm until mid-September, will also play host to live acoustic sets, entertainment and barbecue evenings.
