SIGNATURE Pubs has relaunched The West Port Bar & Kitchen in St Andrews as The Saint after an extensive refurbishment.
As well as updating the venue’s decor, the rebrand has seen changes to the outlet’s food and drink offer as Signature aims to broaden the appeal of the venue to cater to everyone from families to tourists.
A new cocktail list has been introduced, as well as a selection of Scottish gins and craft beers. The food menu, meanwhile, gives customers the opportunity to be either ‘saints’ or ‘sinners’. Dishes include gnocchi, meatballs, duck Caesar salad and a range of burgers.
