GIN producer Pinkster has unveiled its third natural raspberry by-product, Pinkster Royale.
Made from recycled, gin-soaked raspberries, the 24% ABV release, which is limited to an initial 3000-bottle run, is said to have been primarily designed to work well in cocktails, though can be served neat over ice too.
Stephen Marsh, managing director at Pinkster, said: “It’s a shame to see anything go to waste, but what with Boozy Berries and Gin Jam, I think we’ve now finally squeezed every last drop from the fresh raspberries that make Pinkster.
“Our latest tipple will pimp up your Prosecco with a delicious raspberry hit.”
