NEW owners are being sought for two hotels in Aberdeen.
The Bauhaus Hotel, which is located on Langstane Place, just off Union Street, is described by selling agent Colliers International as a “modern, budget yet boutique” hotel and is said to be within walking distance of the city’s railway and bus stations.
Part new-build and part converted, The Bauhaus is set across six levels and includes a restaurant, lounge bar and meeting facilities, as well as 39 en suite letting bedrooms. Offers over £1.4 million are sought for the business.
Elsewhere in the city, The Northern Hotel, which occupies a Grade-A art deco building and offers 32 letting bedrooms, function room and multiple bars and restaurants, is for sale at a reduced price of offers over £1 million.
