DORNOCH Castle Hotel has welcomed back its former head chef, a decade after he left for pastures new.
Grant Macnicol first worked at the hotel in 2004, becoming head chef in 2008 before leaving to gain experience in other Scottish venues. Hotel owner Colin Thompson said the team was “thrilled” to welcome Macnicol back.
