TENNENT’S is to open its customer contact centre and depots this weekend and next as the trade gears up for the “busiest weekends of the year so far”.
The wholesaler said that with the clocks going forward this weekend ahead of the Easter bank holiday weekend (March 30 to April 2), pubs, clubs, restaurants and hotels are in line for a bumper trading period.
Tennent’s, whose wholesale capabilities extend to more than 2500 brands covering beer, cider, spirits and soft drinks as well as an extensive range of wines available through its Cochrane and Co wine division, will open its customer contact centre from 9am to 4pm this weekend and next.
On-trade sales director Alan Hay said Tennent’s offers a “true single delivery solution”.
“The coming weekend and Easter bank holiday are crucial trading opportunities for the on-trade, and as Scotland’s leading wholesaler, we wanted to ensure pubs, clubs, hotels and restaurants across the country are as prepared as possible, which is why we’ve chosen to open our contact centre and depots,” said Hay.
“We are committed to meeting the needs of our customers as our number one priority and with an unrivalled range of brands available to suit every type of outlet, we are ideally placed to meet all alcohol and non-alcohol requirements of the on-trade.”
