INVERNESS hospitality group Cru Holdings has launched a new specialist steak and seafood restaurant in the city.
Prime occupies a unit that previously housed Italian eatery Riva – claimed to be the city’s oldest independent Italian restaurant. The new venue has a focus on quality, locally-sourced meat and seafood, as well as catering for vegans and vegetarians.
Kenneth Loades, director of operations at Cru Holdings, said: “Although we’re sad to see Riva go, the Inverness restaurant scene has become saturated with Italian eateries and we’re confident Prime offers something not available anywhere else in the area.”
Cru Holdings also operates Inverness bar and restaurant venues Bar One and Scotch & Rye.
