Who will set sail for Estuary?

A PUB in the Fife town of Kirkcaldy is for sale for the first time in 14 years.

The Estuary Bar, on Links Street, benefits from a “prominent trading location” to the western end of the town, according to selling agent Cornerstone Business Agents.

The business, which has been run under management by its current owners for the past 14 years, occupies the ground floor of a two-storey property and is described as a well-presented free of tie public house comprising an open-plan bar, as well as various service areas. The property also includes an “under-utilised” commercial kitchen.

Cornerstone Business Agents said there is potential to increase trade and profitability by introducing a food offer.

An asking price of £150,000 has been set for the freehold.
