The Broomhill Hotel in Kilmarnock has changed hands.

A HOTEL in the Ayrshire town of Kilmarnock has new owners at the helm following its sale via Cornerstone Business Agents.

The Broomhill Hotel occupies a prominent spot on the town’s London Road, in a mainly residential area, and is just over one mile from Kilmarnock’s football stadium, Rugby Park.

David Higgins of Cornerstone, who handled the sale on behalf of the former owner, said the Broomhill Hotel is an “imposing building”.

“We would like to wish the new owners every success with their purchase,” he said.

The Broomhill Hotel was sold for an undisclosed sum from an asking price of £390,000.
