MULTIPLE operator Manorview Group has given 311 employees a share of its profits in a new scheme designed to encourage staff retention and increase profitability.
Through its new HeartCount Fund, which was launched last August, Manorview has committed to allocating 10% of its pre-tax profits to qualifying team members.
And what are said to be record profits for the first six months of the financial year have resulted in £82,680 being allocated to qualifying staff. The first payments will be made this month with a further payment made in the summer based on the full-year results.
Manorview boss Steve Graham (pictured above) said the initiative will allow all staff to “contribute, share and celebrate our success”.
