AN award-winning chef who started working in The Grange Manor hotel near Falkirk when he was 15 has recently been appointed as its head chef.
Dean Hay has returned to the 36-bedroom hotel having worked in kitchens in Edinburgh, the Borders, Shetland and France during his career.
The appointment came as Andrew Tighe joined as general manager.
Tighe said it’s an “exciting time” for Grange Manor.
“Everyone on the team is very much looking forward to playing a part in the next chapter of this renowned local hotel,” he said.
