NEW life has been breathed into the events suites at The Balmoral Hotel in Edinburgh as part of a significant refurbishment.
The three main function rooms – the Sir Walter Scott, Princes and Holyrood suites – have each been given a timeless yet contemporary look designed to emphasise the grandeur of the rooms. The redesign was led by Olga Polizzi, director of building and design at Rocco Forte Hotels.
GM Richard Cooke said the revamp “brings new life to the spaces while shining the spotlight on both their period features and their castle views”.
