SEAFOOD from Argyll-based Loch Fyne Oysters is on the menu at six Manorview Hotels & Leisure Group outlets after a new supply deal.
The multiple operator is sourcing smoked salmon, mussels, langoustines, oysters, scallops and kippers from Loch Fyne Oysters, which was founded in 1978 by Johnny Noble and Andy Lane.
Carlton Graham, Manorview’s operations manager, said the move demonstrates the group’s “commitment to providing the highest standard of dining for our customers”.
