TWO Scottish bar groups have secured places on this year’s Sunday Times Fast Track 100 list.
Brewer and bar operator Brewdog and Edinburgh-based bars firm Signature Pub Group both earned a spot on the league table, which recognises the UK companies with the fastest-growing sales.
Brewdog appears at number 62 on the list, with Signature at number 96.
Nic Wood, founder of Signature Pub Group, which operates 16 pubs, hotels and restaurants across Scotland, said the business was created “from a passion to deliver great food and drink and a smooth hospitality experience”.
“We have grown slowly but steadily since the outset,” said Wood. “The key for us is getting it right, not conquering the world. So to be recognised for our successful growth by our peers is an honour and an affirmation of the work that we are doing in the Scottish on-trade.”
