FAMILY-owned independent whisky bottler Wemyss Malts has introduced a new range of single cask whiskies for autumn.
The seasonal range comprises 12 whiskies from a number of distilleries, including Bunnahabhain, Caol Ila, Glen Keith and Blair Athol.
Expressions include Bittersweet Baklava, a 28 year old Bunnahabhain bottled at 46% ABV; Stewed Fruit Relish, a 14 year old Craigellachie bottled at 46%; and Princes Torte, a nine year old grain whisky from North British bottled at 64.7% ABV.
Bottle prices range from £60 to £390, with ages ranging from 11 to 36 years old.
Only a few hundred of each bottle are being released internationally.
Wemyss founder and managing director, William Wemyss, said: “Autumn is all about treasuring the bountiful harvest of the months gone by.
“With this in mind our latest selection of single casks convey an assortment of fortifying and warming flavours.”
