CELEBRATED Spanish chef Joan Roca enjoyed a flying visit to Edinburgh recently, thanks to the firm behind Estrella Damm.
Roca, the chef/proprietor of El Celler de Can Roca in Girona, showcased his culinary skills to over a hundred of Scotland’s top chefs, restaurateurs and food experts at Colstoun House by Edinburgh.
He was appearing as part of Estrella Damm’s ‘Gastronomic Experience’ event, which looks to promote beer alongside world class gastronomy. It was the first time the event had been held in Scotland.
