EDINBURGH-based EPOS specialist Zonal has had its work for pub giant EI Group recognised through the company’s in-house awards programme.
Zonal, which has been installing its Aztec EPOS system across EI Group’s managed estate, was presented with the Service-Led award at the company’s annual Suppliers Conference.
EI, formerly known as Enterprise Inns, has an estate of over 4500 pubs, the majority of which are leased or tenanted.
However, it also operates managed venues across its Bermondsey Pub Company and Craft Union Pub Company brands.
Richard Fisher, head of programme delivery at EI Group, called the team at Zonal “worthy winners”.
“They share the group’s service mind-set and see things through our customers’ eyes,” said Fisher. “Zonal share our high standards and work hard to achieve and exceed them.”
Zonal is expected to have installed Aztec in 30 more EI pubs by the end of the year.
