Edinburgh eatery on the market

Lunetown in Edinburgh
The venue can cater for 60 covers.

AN Edinburgh eatery is on the market for the first time in three decades.

Property firm Cornerstone Business Agents is marketing Lunetown Chinese Restaurant on William Street on behalf of the Chan family, which has owned the business for 30 years.

Cornerstone’s Barry McNeil, who is marketing the 60-cover eatery with a guide price of £345,000 including fixtures and fittings, said he expects the property to be of “significant interest to a number of different parties”.
