A NIGHTCLUB operator has dyed his beard blue for the month of September to raise awareness and funds for Glasgow Samaritans.
Brian Fulton, a director of Hold Fast Entertainment, told SLTN his latest fundraising initiative has attracted plenty of attention.
“I’ve been at meetings and things and had to explain to people why my beard is blue; it’s going to be a long month,” he said. “But it’s a good way of raising awareness and getting people talking about the Samaritans and the work they do. I’m really chuffed with how much has been raised so far.”
