OPERATORS seeking an Italian restaurant business might be interested in the Grand Italia in Perth.
Located on George Street in the city centre, the eatery can accommodate around 55 covers across its ground and mezzanine levels.
A commercial kitchen is located in the basement, while a second-floor level has previously been used for storage.
Barry McNeil, director of property firm Cornerstone, which is handling the sale, said the restaurant “continues to prove a popular dining destination in Perth”.
“The business operates a traditional Italian menu as well as offering popular lunchtime classics,” he said.
Cornerstone is seeking £90,000 for the leasehold.
