OPERATORS keen to be part of the popular North Coast 500 route might be interested in a Highland village inn which has come onto the market.
Located in Evanton, 16 miles north of Inverness, the Balconie Inn comprises a public bar, lounge bar, dining area and five letting bedrooms. The accommodation is said to attract a mix of tourists and people working in the area, while the bar regularly hosts live music and jam sessions.
Christie & Co, which is marketing the inn at £295,000 for the freehold, said the current owners have built an “impressive and profitable operation” since they took the helm in 2006.
