A LEITH pub has come onto the market for the first time in ten years.
The Alan Breck Lounge on Constitution Street is described as a “well-regarded public house” which “trades very consistently”.
The pub is being sold by Derek and Elaine Lovell, who have operated it for the past decade and now plan to retire from the trade.
Barry McNeil of Cornerstone, which is marketing the freehold of the Alan Breck Lounge with a guide price of £120,000, said: “Given the recent rise in activity of licensed and leisure sales in Edinburgh we consider this business would be attractive to those looking to take their first steps into the pub trade or a husband and wife/partnership team.”
