• The pub is in a historic village.

A PICTURESQUE pub in one of Scotland’s most historic villages has come onto the books of property firm Colliers International.

Situated in Falkland, Fife, The Stag Inn is located in a single storey stone building and comprises a public/lounge bar, commercial kitchen, cellar/store and customer toilets.

The Stag Inn is one of nine Scottish pubs, inns and hotels owned by Challenger Inns Limited, which went into administration last year. Offers of £125,000 are being sought for the business.
