BEER and seafood were the perfect pairing at a recent event in Glasgow.
The dinner event, hosted by Seafood Scotland in conjunction with the Brewers Association of Scotland and held in Glasgow’s Tall Ship, saw beers from Fyne Ales, Loch Lomond Brewery, Stewart Brewing, Drygate, West Brewery and Black Isle Brewery matched with a variety of seafood dishes.
The Brewers Association was represented at the event by Jamie Delap of Fyne Ales.
“As part of our ongoing mission to inspire and engage the trade, chefs and culinary stars of tomorrow, we aim to demonstrate the sheer versatility of Scotland’s seafood,” said Patrick Hughes, head of Seafood Scotland.
