Fentimans, the craft mixers and soft drinks firm, is appealing to bartenders with a new range of syrups.
The products, launched under the House of Broughton brand, are aimed squarely at mixologists with their “unique high strength flavour”.
“We worked with top bartenders to develop the range and learned that other syrups are considered too sweet,” explained John Carslake of Fentimans.
“We addressed this by creating syrups with higher flavour strength.
“This means less syrup is used so less sugar is added to drinks.
“It makes it easier for bartenders to use less and achieve more.”
The range includes six flavours, which are each packaged in 500ml bottles with a built-in pourer for ease of use.
The House of Broughton syrup range comprises cucumber, ginger, rose, elderflower, raspberry and simple (a sugar syrup).
