CRAFT breweries are influencing the interior design of on-trade venues and the furniture used within them, according to Jan Dammis, head of international sales at hospitality furniture supplier firm Go In.
He claimed that the ‘brewhouse’ style is back in fashion this year; the new interpretation of the classic style is said to “make it possible to create a cosy ambience which is not stuffy or conventional”.
The ‘brewhouse’ style is also said to be versatile; options range from rod-back or spoke-back chairs with turned legs to classic brewery chairs.
